The Problem

One class, many people, and no live view of how each one is doing.

Lazy Tiger wanted a mobile application that could connect to the Concept2 machines in the gym and display real-time data to the people using them.

The concept was simple: let gym instructors create a personalised plan for each individual in the class, and let each person see how they're performing against it, live, using data straight from the machine they're on.

What We Built

One app, from the instructor's plan to the member's live numbers.

The Connection

Linked to Concept2 machines

The app connects to the Concept2 machines in the gym and pulls their data as each session happens.

For Instructors

Personalised plans for every person

Instructors create an individual plan for each person in the class, rather than one workout for everyone.

For Members

Real-time performance

Each user sees how they're performing as they train, with real-time data coming directly from their machine.

The Platform

Built as a mobile app

Everything lives in one mobile application, so plans and live performance sit in the same place for instructors and members.

What Changed

Every person in the class training to their own plan, with live data to show for it.

Instructors can now personalise a plan for each individual, and members can see their real-time performance from the gym's Concept2 machines as they work through it.
