OROKO Travel designs bespoke, high-end tailored journeys for Irish travellers worldwide. As their bookings and itineraries grew more complex, they needed a way to give clients a single, elegant home for every detail of their trip — instead of scattered emails, PDFs, and phone calls. Cozmotec was brought on to design and build a native mobile app that extends OROKO's premium, concierge-level service into travellers' pockets, before, during, and after their journey.

Cozmotec worked closely with the OROKO team to translate their white-glove, human-led travel planning process into a digital experience without losing the personal touch that defines the brand. This involved mapping the full client journey — from itinerary confirmation to in-trip support — architecting secure document and payment handling, and building natively for both iOS and Android with offline access in mind (essential for travellers moving between destinations with unreliable connectivity). The app was designed to work seamlessly alongside OROKO's Travel Designers, surfacing real-time updates and personalised trip content rather than replacing the human relationship.

The OROKO Travel App now gives every OROKO client a personalised, secure profile housing their itinerary, documents, and live trip updates — reinforcing OROKO's "seamless, stress-free" service promise. It's live on both the App Store and Google Play, used for everything from ski trips to safaris to luxury cruises, and is called out directly by OROKO clients in testimonials as a highlight of the booking experience ("the clear itinerary and Oroko app made the whole experience seamless").
